Ootoya=Oyishi
Last friday's Urban featured a Japanese Restaurant, Ootoya, in orchard central. It started my craving for japanese food. Hence, we tried Ootoya that very night. There were quite a lot of people waiting for seats. I heard a lady said there was a large crowd during lunch time so it should be not bad. haha! Typical singaporeans. Anyway, we had pork that tasted yummylicious! It's soft and fragrant. Probably not the best but for the quality... it's value for money. About $16 for a set meal that consist of rice, soup, and veggi. Maybe change part of the veggi (read: Brinjal) to something else would be much better. haha! I was too busy eating that I forgot to take photos. If you are interested it's on the 8th floor near Ben & Jerry's. Someday soon I will definitely be back! Just hope that their quality doesn't drop. Till then, I'm craving for more jap food...
