We were at Stephanie's new apartment on 26th Oct 2008. Fang had project and ling had bbq so they were not there. We had hokkien mee, cha kuey tiao, carrot cake, etc... Bet you miss the local food. haha! After dinner, we watched 'Roadtrip' and '881'. Like some cozy family slacking day. yup... zc mentioned some kinky stuff from 'Roadtrip'. My digi cam ran out of space for longer video else Bobby would have sent his greetings too. hee! Alright, be back to tour around Stephanie's house yourself. The intention of this video was to update you about us. But apparently we look forward to the presents more. hahaha! nah! Chanchos miss you, peg! =)

feel-so-bad
I feel so bad for not being there for this friend whom I really really cherish. He may not say but I know it's not as easy as it seems. When he break the news to us... somehow... I notice his eyes getting a little red. Did they? erm, maybe I'm too sensitive. =( Why didn't I sense a difference in his tone when he called last week? Grr! I know he don't want to bother me with his problems but I want to be there. Come to think of it... he hardly tells us his problems nowadays. In the past, he always calls us up and go on and on. Why the change? Was it him or was it me? Anyway, talk to someone like you always do, ok? It feels better after that. Just want to let you know that you are not alone! *hug*
To add on to my feel-so-bad emotions, erm... I'm in a weird situation with this close gal friend. She reads my blog and I'm sure she understands what I'm trying to put across. So gal, although you say it's ok, I know it's not ok inside. But we are actually playing the guessing game right now... everything is not confirm right? Don't think so much and don't let this affect you. I'm glad we communicated through this. eh... the bond between us is even stronger than C-C bond... cannot cut them up with stille, suzuki, or heck reactions. okok? *love ya*

Mugging + Test + Stress = Munching
Just came back home from hardcore mugging at westcoast mac. This time I invited the gals but they aren't interested so next time don't call me loner huh. haha! hmm... I must say organic retro-synthesis is rather fun. You get to perform an operation on a molecule by cutting it up. After that you know what it is made off and then you can fix it back again. The hardest part is to fix it back because you need to know all the extra ingredients and the problem is... my knowledge of organic synthesis sux to the core. I barely scrap through year 1 and year 2 organic chemistry. haha! Nevertheless, I can't wait for this sem to be over. It's the LAST organic module!!! Sad to say, all the jobs that I'm interested require organic chemistry. To make matter worse, they want honours grad. DUH! 2 thumbs down for the yucky education-based workforce.
Anyway, I'm doing good. So good that I don't have time to watch tv or the latest season of heroes. hahaha! Been busier than the past... which is really good in a way. =) Now you don't have to worry about me because I'm doing a wonderful job taking care of myself. *grin* I realise I've changed my style of taking on stress. Usually I would unknowingly starve myself but now... omg! I gorge myself silly. Chocolates and ice-creams... SINFUL. No doubt, I love them but do I happen to eat them so often because I believe they make me happy? or do they really have the ability to make me happy like what researchers claim? alright... shall not ponder over this... jogging tomorrow i must!

Scandalous Escape - Pulau Tioman (Day 3)
Tioman trip was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s also the first duo oversea trip with a girlfriend. Hope there would be ample of holidays in the future. Felt rather unwilling to return to the hustle and bustle of the city. Alright! Semester 5, time to conquer you… again!
Anyway, we spent the morning lazing around and bidding good byes. Bought two postcards but I don’t know who to write to. Hahaha! The pictures are nice what… Headed back home at 1pm. Thankfully, Lesey’s dad fetched me home. I was dead beat. Haha! Home sweet home at 7pm.

Scandalous Escape - Pulau Tioman (Day 2)
Early bird catches the worms. So… we woke up at 7.30am. Enjoyed the morning sun before getting all geared up for our snorkeling trip. Suntanned and got burnt. =/ Don’t understand why the angmos love cooking themselves red when they can never get a tan. Hehe!
Mid-morning till early afternoon was Snorkling Time. It was Lesey’s first snorkeling trip and surprisingly she was not afraid at all. Goosh… She even requested the diver to bring us FAR FAR out to see sharks. I was freaked out. Hahaha! I eventually gave the green light. We had this buddy system rule to obey… she followed one diver while I followed the other. I saw 7 baby sharks, sea anemone, sea urchin and countless colourful fishes. She saw sharks, turtle, cuttlefish, etc. Grr! NOT FAIR! How come I didn’t see them!!! Anyway, the sharks are not as big as I thought. Hahaha! It’s just a fish. They were at the bottom of the sea and not anywhere near me. So I guess that calm me down. The swim to the location zapped the energy off me. Lucky Lesey… she get to hold on to the diver’s back and got a free ‘ride’.
Apart from making friends with sharks and colourful fishes, we got to know a group of Malaysians. They were from some kampong in JB. Yes, I totally agree with Lesey that it wasn’t easy to have outings like theirs when we start working. Hey my dear friends, shall we really really make our graduation trip happen? *wink*
Whoa… These were the stuffs that we ate there. Yummy! The buffet-styled meals suit our taste well. Beach, Sea, Wind, Food, Ice-cream, Chilling – Shoik!
By late afternoon, we explored some ‘waterfall’ which became rockfall which became a larger than normal stream. Had to trek a short distance into the jungle. Nothing much actually. Just an activity that made our beach trip a little different. Haha!
To make our day shoik-er, we had SPA at 8pm. Couple spa. Haha! I hope she didn’t see my boobs. Hahaha! *blush* The ambience was great and the strength used was good. It would have been better if I didn’t have sunburn. Well, I almost fell asleep. Luckily I didn’t… The whole body package cost $50 for an hour. Good bargain for such service. =)
We spent our last night chilling out by the beach with our new friends. Took some photos, exchanged MSN and phone numbers, played indian poker, crapping, laughing, making fun of each other. Haha! Life is simple for them… Envy at times.
Ah… I was so tempted to post a photo of Lesey half-drunk. Lest she post other unglam photos of me, I better upload a siao zha bo photo of myself to end this blog post. *ta-da*

Scandalous Escape - Pulau Tioman (Day 1)
My darling, Lesey, and I booked a 3D2N Tioman trip from 22/9/08 to 24/9/08 from Discovery Tours. You may say it’s a moment of impulse but we did enjoy ourselves so much that it’s a torture to drag ourselves up the ferry home. Anyway, here are the super duper late updates (better late than never, right? Haha!). And I had a really hard time deciding which photos, out of the 400+ that we had, to be uploaded. =)
On that wet Monday morning, we boarded the coach at Scotts Road at freaking 6.40am. I couldn’t really remember much of the journey because I was drooling away. We stopped roughly twice or thrice? Hahaha! I’m sure that we reached Tanjung Gemok (TGM) ferry terminal at 11am and waited until 12pm for our second phase of the journey. Erm… Slept again. =X
After 5 hours of road and sea, we were greeted with our mini paradise – Paya Beach Resort. I must admit that this was not the luxury kind of holiday but more of a laidback and kampong styled one.
Our room type was named Aman Damai Wing aka their standard chalet. These standard chalets are located around a huge pond. The room is relatively neat and clean and could comfortably fit 4 people.
After we settled down, had lunch, *proof* off we went to explore the island which was almost isolated. Then the whole crazy cam-whoring episode started... Come on! It’s LESEY and EUNICE. What else we do best? Hahaha! The beach was scattered with huge rocks which you could see while it’s low tide. They don’t make the beach user-friendly, hence, we didn’t swim in the sea. The sand was quite coarse too. Although the beach was not comparable to Redang, I love the idea of a 一望無際的海. All in all, the scenery created picture perfect shots (plus us, of cos!). “Climbed over rocks, waded across shallow stream, stroll along the sandy shore… Absolutely gorgeous!!!”
These scenic photos were my best collections thoughout all my beach trips. We used self-timer and could you imagine how many times do we need to run up and down? Hahaha! I felt like a professional model. Just that… my mother commented “how come you look so fat in those photos?” Lol. That’s besides the point lah.
I’m so certain that these could be cover page of some yoga book or video. Hahaha! Fun lah. Too bad we couldn’t twist and turn to do more advance yoga poses.

When the sun goes down, there’s literally NOTHING to do. Not much activities except for chilling out and playing cards or pool. No doubt the both of us could self-entertained but somehow I wished the whole gang was here. Our first night was spent playing cards and sharing secrets. =X hahaha! On the whole, it’s great chatting the night away. *wink*
