Family Photo
Yeah! Today is a happy day! Simply said. Not because I found a job neither because I won 4D but because I fulfilled one of my dreams. The Goh family finally has their family photo taken at Broadway Studio! =)
We were greeted by a lot of people inside the shop. Apparently, every family was taking their family photo. I saw many NUS, NTU grad with their different colour hoods. Before I could settle down, the aunty with curly hair and hot red top quickly pulled me to a chair so she could proceed with my make-up. She is pro loh… brush brush here and there and transformed me into a prettier young lady within 5 mintues. Hahaha! They even gave Adam a baby mortarboard. Too bad, Adam mood swing. He kept pulling it down.
What baffled me most was this… no photo taking with your own camera inside the shop unless you use your handphone. What kind of theory is this… I was stopped by a lady after snapping 2 photos with my 5 MP canon digi camera. So meaning to say… it’s time to get a more than 5 MP camera photo. Much more useful than a digi camera in this kind of situation. In contrast, you can’t take any photo inside the studio. That makes more sense lah.
After walking up and down scrutinizing all the photos surrounding the shop, Mummy chose the gigantic wall size instead of the small table top one. While I chose a 8R photo size which I think is sufficient. Come to think of it, we should have gotten one size smaller for the family wall photo. It feels weird hanging our huge faces on the wall. I hope you guys don’t get this idea “Welcome to the Goh’s family museum”, the next time you visit my house.
Anyway, we took a couple of shots and then it’s my turn to go solo in front of the camera. I smiled and smiled to different settings and backgrounds. The whole photoshoot ended in an hour. After which, we headed back home. Tired and stuffy in formal wear. I forgot that the photos will cut off before our leg level and I wore heels. Grr! But the photographer still added about 3 thin bricks to make me taller. All because brother looked like a judge in his graduation gown. Think uncle KFC in graduation gown and a mortarboard. LOL
We will be getting a set of 3R photos to choose the perfect two for the size that we decided. I am sure everyone will look perfect. Haha! They say can bring home to choose but have to return those that we didn’t choose. Weird. I shall bring home to scan all into the computer! *evil grin*
Post the photos up after I’m done with my evil deed. Hahaha!
