no job no money no talk
Today’s newspaper had a section dedicated to young adults like us. It’s about the global financial crisis that affects job seekers around the world. The unemployment rate rise sky high everywhere. Currently in Singapore, unemployment rate of 4.1% for those under-30s is the highest among all age groups. Advisors suggest jobless souls to lower their expectations and to go for contract based jobs. Some had no choice but to accept salary lower than $2000. University students who will be graduating this year are bound to suffer. Oh my… What is the point of getting a degree? Can’t find a job… Get lower pay… Suffer in school… Grow older in the process without gaining any experience... Damn. Thankfully, the Singapore government is still plumping in money to set up chemical companies. Which means new companies, like GSK bio, will start operations within the next few years… New companies need people. Fresh chemistry graduates, you are in for more jobs opportunities! Unless they decided to employ 100% foreign talents. =X Let’s keep our fingers cross and pray for good job offers.
Something distant is telling me… maybe it’s a good time to go work and travel New Zealand or USA. Do jobs like plucking apples or brewing coffee get affected by the crisis too?

Introducing the amazing little one (part1)
It's amazing how I grew from nanometers to centimeters in the past 9 months. I spent most of the time sleeping in the comfort of my mummy's womb. Now that it is getting squeeze in here, I tend to stretch and kick quite often. And I could hear many voices squeal in delight whenever I do that. I wonder how does the world looks like… and I can’t wait meet my grandparents, parents, and my self proclaim pretty aunt. Till then, I shall meet you real soon…
